SHIPPING
Your order may take 1-2 days to process and ship (all weekend orders processed following Monday) All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Tracking information will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
U.S. Shipping Rates
We currently ship primarily via UPS and are always trying to find the best, most cost effective shipping options available for our customers.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping to US orders over $150.
Shipping Rates for Other Countries
Shipping Cost will be calculated based on weight. For any international shipping, please understand that all duty taxes and/or import taxes may be incurred on the buyer and must be borne by the buyer.
RETURNS
Returns can be made on items within 7 days of delivery on all full-priced items.
Returned products must be new, unopened, sealed and in original condition.
Please note that one-time use products cannot be returned . For all return inquiries, please email us at cs@vlaho.us with your order number.
All sale items, special offers, discounts, website promotions, and purchases made during special promotions are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Please note return shipping fees are responsibility of the purchaser and the original shipping fees paid are non-refundable. Also, refused shipments will not be refunded.
If your order qualified for free shipping, and you are returning a product for a reason other than it being defective or different from what you actually ordered, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs as well as the original shipping costs that were waived by the free shipping policy.
